Verpelét's Fortress Hill is a historical site located in Egerszalók, Hungary. It is open every day from 9am to 5pm and the entrance fee is 1000 HUF (approximately 3 USD). Unfortunately, there is no official website available for this attraction.
In the surroundings, visitors can also explore the Eger Castle which is open every day from 8am to 8pm and the entrance fee is 2000 HUF (approximately 6 USD). Another interesting place to visit is the Valley of the Beautiful Women which is a wine region with several wine cellars to taste and purchase local wines. The opening hours of the wine cellars vary, but generally they are open from 10am to 6pm.
